ENDURANCE
The endurance workout of the ESP XC is where you build your base. The purpose of the phase is to:
Increase stability throughout your trunk.
Increase muscular endurance
Improve neuromuscular efficiency in your core muscle
In order to progress properly into the strength and power phases we need to prepare your neuromuscular system for the intense training to come. If your endurance capabilities are not enhanced, it will affect the level of strength and power achieved. The endurance workout is designed to do every exercise in time (1-2 minutes).
